Categories of data collected
This is a courtesy translation. The Italian version is the legally binding reference. Contact data provided voluntarily through the form (name, email, company, message) and anonymised browsing data collected by our measurement tools (Plausible / GA4 in privacy-friendly mode).
Purposes of processing
Responding to enquiries, sending proposals, maintaining business relationships, improving the functioning of the website.
Legal basis
Performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for anonymous browsing data.
Retention period
Contact data are retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and — in the event of a contractual relationship — for the period required by applicable tax legislation.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). To exercise your rights, write to info@mads.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect regulatory changes, updates to our measurement tools or changes in how we process data. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update. In the event of material changes to existing processing activities, we will notify those who have provided us with an email address or display a prominent notice on the website.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of our technology providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may transfer data outside the European Union. Such transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and — where applicable — the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
