The MADS method is simple, repeatable, documented. The same 4 phases — Audit, Strategy, Build, Run — applied to all 4 pillars: advertising, SEO, consulting. One for each letter of the acronym. Discipline is what separates a project that keeps growing from one that stalls after three months.

Weekly,

  • Week

    30-minute stand-up with the client team. What we did, what we are testing, what we decide by Friday. No 20-slide status reports.

  • Month

    A concise 3-page report covering KPIs, decisions made, test results and the plan for the coming month. Open it, understand it, file it.

  • Quarter

    Executive business review with management. We revisit the roadmap, decide what to accelerate, pause or pivot. The contract renews here — no penalties, no lock-ins.
