Manage and optimise multichannel paid campaigns with two goals: generating qualified leads (services and B2B) and growing e-commerce revenue (ROAS), with weekly test discipline and data-driven decisions.

What you will do

  • 01Setup and management of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping) and Meta Ads
  • 02Reliable conversion tracking (GA4, Google Ads conversions, basics of server-side tracking and CAPI)
  • 03Continuous optimisation on CPA, ROAS and lead quality
  • 04A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages (CRO)
  • 05Product feed management and Merchant Center for e-commerce campaigns
  • 06Clear and readable reporting for the client

Requirements

  • 013-4 years managing paid campaigns with real budgets
  • 02Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • 03GA4 and conversion tracking
  • 04Ability to manage budgets and read the numbers (CPA, ROAS, LTV/CAC)
  • 05Native Italian, good English
  • 06Test & learn mindset, results-oriented

Nice to have

  • 01E-commerce experience (Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • 02Server-side tracking / CAPI, Merchant Center and feeds
  • 03TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads B2B
  • 04CRO skills and landing page optimisation
